• A barely driven Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 is up for sale for $2.99 million, significantly more than its original MSRP of $2.64 million.
  • This example is finished in Verde Themis, available exclusively through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program.
  • Despite sharing its powertrain with the Lamborghini Sian, the Countach’s limited production and striking design contribute to its hefty price tag.

When the limited-run Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 was launched in 2021, it had a staggering $2.64 million MSRP, a hefty sum considering it shares most of its oily bits with the Aventador. All 112 units quickly sold out, showing that collectors were happy to pay the asking price. Now, a used example has hit the market and it comes with quite a premium.

The Countach you’re looking at has been listed for sale through Kearns Motor Car in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin for $2.99 million. While this tiny town only has a population of just over 3,300, it has ended up with one of the most striking examples of the modern Countach on earth.

Immediately making the car stand out is the Verde Themis paint. This color may not be as recognizable as Lamborghini’s Verde Ithaca but it is equally as flamboyant and suits an Italian supercar like this to a tee. After all, what’s the point of owning a Lambo if it isn’t brightly colored?

The Italian bull has also been optioned with a gloss carbon fiber exterior pack that includes the side air intakes, the door mirrors, and the cabin. Speaking of the interior, it has been specified to match the exterior, thanks to a combination of black leather and Alcantara with green piping and green contrast stitching. Adding to the appeal of this car is that it has been driven just 62 miles (100 km).

The Countach LPI 800-4 shares its powertrain with the Sian. As such, it features a 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 operating alongside a 48-volt electric motor, a supercapacitor, and a seven-speed single-clutch automated transmission driving all four wheels. It pumps out 803 hp and can hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds and 124 mph (200 km/h) in 8.6 seconds.
