The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO made its debut just last week with 540 horsepower and a suspension system ready for off-road adventures. This performance pickup truck is set to arrive later this year as a solid competitor to the Ford F-150 Raptor, which it undercuts by about $10,000.

According to Ram, the RHO isn’t a replacement for the discontinued TRX, but it is the best alternative in the current Ram lineup. That’s sad news, but that doesn’t mean there’s not another beastly Ram truck in the works.
A recent LinkedIn post by Jeff Summers, Head of Advertising, Ram Trucks, went into detail about the three-minute promotional video (added below) released in support of the RHO. It’s a fun spot with the expected shots of trucks driving through sand and kicking up rooster tails. According to Summers, it’s also loaded with Easter eggs in the tradition of “if you know, you know.”

Despite its immense capabilities, the RHO has a reasonable starting price of $69,995.
In case you don’t know, he broke it all down with a list of 20 Easter eggs that tie into the Ram brand’s past and, more importantly, its future. The clock inside the Baja-style paddock tent, for example, is set to 5:40 as a nod to the horsepower of the RHO’s Hurricane inline-six.
That horsepower is again shown as the race number on one of two dirt bikes, but the other one doesn’t have a number. This isn’t a mistake. Check out bullet point number 9 on Summers’ list.
“Dirt bikes, with 540 on one for the RHO HP, and another bike – which has a number intentionally left blank for the next Ram High HP vehicle with three letters.” – Jeff Summers, Ram Trucks, Head of Advertising
It doesn’t get much better than that, considering automakers are loath to comment about future products. This, however, clearly indicates that the Ram brand has another truck in the works. It might not be a new TRX, but a high horsepower something is on its way.
