The ex-basketballer’s wild Super Truck has a fully-armored exterior

- Apocalypse6x6 has upgraded the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 to deliver an impressive 850 hp.
- The tuner has overhauled the interior so O’Neal can comfortably sit behind the wheel.
- Bespoke bright red leather has been added throughout the cabin, alongside custom embroidery.
Shaquille O’Neal has never exactly flown under the radar, and his automotive choices are no exception. Known for his towering height and larger-than-life personality, the former NBA star has a growing collection of unique custom cars tailored to his frame and his taste.
Just last year, he commissioned West Coast Customs to build a one-of-a-kind Lucid Air Coupe modified to fit his 7’1″ build. Now, he’s added another standout to his garage: a Ram 1500 TRX that’s been transformed into a bespoke powerhouse.

Clearly not afraid to dive around in something that stands out, O’Neal has had the supercharged V8-powered pickup overhauled by the teams at Apocalypse 6×6, Traffic Jams Motorsports, and Effortless Motors, creating the ‘Super Truck.’ Although it is possible to buy a 6×6 Ram 1500 TRX from Apocalypse, O’Neal has somewhat surprisingly kept his new truck as a four-wheeler, but that’s not to say it hasn’t been completely overhauled.
The entire exterior of the truck has been customized. All of the body panels are now armored and have a Kevlar finish, giving the truck a stealthy matte black finish. Apocalypse 6×6 has added its customary new headlights and a bespoke grille while also overhauling the quarter panels and every other square inch of the Ram. It looks certifiably insane.
A Cabin Fit for a Giant
Shaq’s new whip also rocks a completely customized interior. Alongside special plaques denoting it as a custom build for the NBA legend, the cabin has been retrimmed in bright red leather and has a Rolls-Royce-inspired Starlight headliner. The steering wheel, door panels, and dashboard have also been retrimmed. At the back, newly appointed seats and a pumping audio system are also found.
Price Tag or Punchline?
According to YouTuber Mr.Gotdamnit, the truck is worth $3.5 million. If that’s true, then the firms that built this truck must have some very convincing salespeople to make Shaq spend that much – or the YouTuber might be exaggerating just a bit.
After all, when Apocalypse 6×6 first announced the Super Truck two years ago, it revealed prices start at a mere $159,999, including the donor truck.
