As part of the Holy Trinity of hybrid hypercars, the McLaren P1 is one of the rarest cars on the planet, with only 375 units ever produced (and one turning into an Evo). However, if you want something even rarer, you’d have to get the track-only P1 GTR, with only 58 examples ever made. But not all P1 GTRs are banned on the streets – six of them were road-going examples officially made by Lanzante Motorsports to become the P1 LM, while exactly 40 units were converted into hardcore, road-legal hypercars.
One of those converted P1 GTRs is up for grabs, courtesy of F1rst Motors in Dubai. Even better, the LM-converted P1 GTR has zero miles on the clock, which means getting this ultra-rare supercar makes you the first person to drive it on public roads. Then again, that distinction doesn’t come cheap, as this is not a garden-variety sports car.
This Is Not Your Typical McLaren Supercar
Lanzante’s conversion process is not just a paperwork shuffle – it involves extensive mechanical, aerodynamic, and cooling modifications to meet road safety standards, all while preserving the GTR’s savage character. Finished in a striking black-and-orange livery, the P1 GTR offered here retains the aggression that comes with the nameplate, including the massive rear wing and exaggerated body kits. Complementing the bright exterior is its leather-clad, albeit performance-focused cabin.

Lanzante’s McLaren F1 GTR Homage Is Taking Shape
It will be revealed this summer.
Beneath the dramatic bodywork lies a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 paired with an electric motor, sending all 986 horses to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It rockets from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds, with a top speed of 217 mph. And with zero kilometers on the odometer, this P1 GTR is not essentially brand new – it is new.
A Rare Chance To Own A Street-Legal, Track-Focused Hypercar
Street-legal P1 GTRs are some of the rarest road cars in existence, and they almost never come up for public sale until today. That said, F1rst Motors has rightfully valued this gem of a supercar, with an eye-watering price tag of AED 12,300,000, or around $3.35 million at current exchange rates. It’s only a tad more expensive than the equally scarce McLaren P1 Carbon Series that the exotic car dealer also sells. If you want a cheaper purchase, there are Porsche 918 Spyder hypercars out there that will set you back less at around $2 million.
