Stellantis is in a chaotic place right now. Chrysler sells one van as its entire lineup, Dodge can’t sell its new EV muscle car, the six-cylinder Hemi replacement isn’t popular with Ram customers, Alfa Romeo’s sales are slipping with an aging product portfolio and fluctuating electrification plans, and finally, Fiat is struggling to market its compact Fiat 500 model as an EV, forcing it to go back to the drawing board to be reborn as a hybrid in a few years. Then there’s Abarth, which is best known for being the performance house that tunes little Fiats. Now, the tiny company has announced its own limited run of a production car, and it’s both old and new.

Abarth Has Made Club Italia Cars Before

This is not Abarth’s first go at its own run of production cars branded under the “Club Italia” guise, which signifies an exclusive club of Italian car owners and enthusiasts that’s been around for decades. In the past, Abarth has put the Club Italia livery and modifications on all sorts of Italian cars, including the 1992 Lancia Delta Integrale, 1996 Fiat Barchetta, Alfa Romeo 4C, and new Maserati MC20, as a celebration of their engineering. Now, it’s the modern Fiat 500’s turn, except it’s not the new electric one, but rather a final run of the old combustion-powered 500 that went out of production a few years ago.

Abarth 695 Club Italia Specs And Details

The 2026 Abarth 695 Club Italia sports a classic blue over green two-tone paint job with a thin red stripe, modeled after the colors of the organization’s branding. It has rather large 17-inch bronze alloy wheels, bronze mirror caps, and a suite of Club Italia badges around the exterior and interior. Inside also gets tobacco-colored leather bucket seats, a leather Alcantara steering wheel with a customizable center marker, and special stitching.

Modeled after the rather old Abarth 695, which was a track-oriented version of the Abarth-tuned 500, good for 180 horsepower from a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine, it also comes with new suspension, Brembo brakes, and a quad-stacked exhaust setup poking out of the rear. It can scoot from 0 to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds.

Limited Edition And Highly Exclusive

The car will be limited to just 8 units and exclusively available to the club’s members, of course. It’s a collaboration between Stellantis Heritage, Abarth, Fiat, and the ‘Reloaded by Creators’ program, which restores the original beauty of classic Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, and Abarth vehicles and creates bespoke or limited-series collector’s cars, like this.

Ethan Hunt is helping Abarth make EVs look cool.

“When passion, culture, and expertise come together, we can create models which are capable of standing the test of time,” says Roberto Giolito, Head of Stellantis Heritage. “The Abarth 695 Club Italia is a tribute to Italian automotive culture and allows one to connect with this thrilling tradition. It was really incredible to see how our collaboration with Club Italia gave life to this one-of-a-kind Abarth.”

Giolito further added, “I am confident that Stellantis Heritage will continue to develop more exclusive initiatives like this one, producing unique or limited-edition vehicles which preserve the legacy and identity of our brands, while always keeping the excellence and passion of Italian automobile tradition alive.”
