- New to the 2026 CR-V family is the more rugged-looking TrailSport version.
- Prices for the new CR-V TrailSport start at $40,195 with the hybrid powertrain.
- The base CR-V LX 2WD starts at $32,315, and the range tops out at $43,645.
After unveiling the refreshed 2026 CR-V last month, Honda has now released the pricing details as the model begins to roll into US dealerships. As expected, it’s a bit more expensive than last year’s model, but the increases are small enough to offer some relief to potential buyers. This price stability is likely thanks to the fact that the CR-V is built locally, with additional production shifting from Canada to the States to help minimize the impact of the Trump administration’s tariffs.
The most important new addition to the CR-V range for 2026 is the TrailSport Hybrid model. It’s the latest member of rugged-looking SUVs on the market and includes many upgrades, including unique front and rear bumper trims, 18-inch Shark Gray wheels, and Continental CrossContact ATR all-terrain tires.

Prices for the TrailSport start at $38,800, although that grows to $40,195 when accounting for the $1,395 destination charge. That positions it towards the top of the CR-V range, although two variants are a little pricier. These are the Sport-L Hybrid AWD available from $41,620 and the Sport Touring Hybrid, which is available from $43,645.
Positioned at the base of the range is the 2026 CR-V LX 2WD, priced from $32,315, a small $820 increase from the $31,495 of last year’s model. The range then includes the $33,815 LX AWD, $34,545 EX 2WD, $36,045 EX AWD, $36,795 EX-L 2WD, and $38,295 for the EX-L AWD. The lineup continues with the Sport Hybrid 2WD, Sport Hybrid AWD, and Sport-L Hybrid 2WD, priced from $37,025, $38,525, and $40,120, respectively.
2026 HONDA CR-V PRICES
As for power, two choices are available for the 2026 CR-V. The base models come with a standard 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder pushing out 190 horsepower paired to a CVT. For those who want to feel a bit more powerful, the hybrid models bring two electric motors into the fold, offering a combined 204 horsepower and 247 lb-ft of torque
With over 400,000 units sold in 2024, the CR-V continues to enjoy strong popularity. Honda is hoping the new model, especially with the addition of the TrailSport, will push those numbers even higher.
