The Dubai Police Force, already world-famous for its stable of exotic patrol cars, has once again raised the bar for automotive extravagance. The latest addition unveiled this week is not another supercar, but arguably something even more opulent: a Rolls-Royce Cullinan that has been extensively modified by the renowned, and often controversial, German tuning house Mansory.

The bespoke Cullinan was officially revealed during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 event held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department at Dubai Police, inaugurated the vehicle alongside officials from both the police force and Mansory, including company director Kourosh Mansory. This marks the second collaboration between the German tuner and Dubai authorities, following the previous addition of a heavily modified Mercedes-AMG G63 to the police fleet.
Carbon Fiber Is Everywhere (As Usual) But The Livery Hides A Lot Of It
While instantly recognizable as a Cullinan, the Mansory treatment adds significant visual aggression. The vehicle features a widebody kit with flared wheel arches housing large, special Mansory wheels. A new front bumper incorporates a prominent splitter crafted from forged carbon fiber, a signature Mansory material also likely used elsewhere on the custom bodywork.

Including a couple of dubious Dubai claims…
Under the hood, the Cullinan’s massive 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine received a power boost. Officials state the output is now 610 horsepower (up from the stock 563 hp), enabling a claimed 0-62 mph sprint in just 5.0 seconds and a top speed of approximately 174 mph.
Patrolling Paradise For The Priciest Police Cars
Realistically, this six-figure, ultra-luxury SUV is unlikely to be involved in high-speed pursuits or transporting suspects, who would likely appreciate the unparalleled comfort it offers. Its role, as stated by Brigadier Al Jallaf, is likely to focus on visibility within Dubai’s bustling tourist zones. Naturally, real police officers are behind the wheel, but nobody is expecting them to be very busy.
This Mansory-tuned Cullinan joins an already legendary fleet that has, over the years, included vehicles like a Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77, Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari FF, BMW i8, and numerous other supercars and high-end performance vehicles.

These vehicles serve more as mobile public relations assets than traditional patrol units. They project an image of luxury, modernity, and perhaps intimidating capability, aligning with Dubai’s global brand. While arguably impractical for everyday police work compared to standard sedans or SUVs, the Mansory Cullinan perfectly fulfills its intended role as a head-turning symbol of the Dubai Police Force.
It is less about law enforcement practicality and more about making an unforgettable statement, which is something both Dubai and Mansory excel at.
