Are you looking for a luxury trailer that matches the aesthetic of your new Tesla Cybertruck? Well, you’re in luck, as Living Vehicle has introduced the new CyberTrailer, a futuristic-looking luxury camper that costs $175,000. That’s about the same price as a brand-new Mercedes-AMG GT 63, so what do you get in return for this hefty chunk of change?
For a start, it’s not just a cool-looking camper van. Living Vehicle describes it as a mobile charging station with enough independent energy to power all the necessary accessories and provide additional power for the tow vehicle. By utilizing energy gleaned from solar panels and backup generation systems, off-grid adventures are made more civilized.

Clever Water And Energy Systems
This will undoubtedly come in handy when towing an electric vehicle. The Cybertruck’s range is significantly affected when towing a heavy load. To be fair, this problem affects all EVs, not just the Tesla pickup, but the Tesla has yielded less range with a trailer than the Tesla Model X with the same trailer, and trucks are meant to be the better tow vehicles. “The main limitation to current all-electric RV design is charging and utility infrastructure,” said Living Vehicle founder and CEO Matthew Hoffmann. “The CyberTrailer is resource independent and can venture to nature without needing RV parks or charging stations.”

The company says the CyberTrailer is fitted with a proprietary water generation system. Rather interestingly, it extracts moisture from the air and makes it available for use within the RV. Together with water and waste recycling processes, the CyberTrailer helps its owners enjoy waste-free camping expeditions.
Ideally Suited To EVs, But Works With ICE Vehicles Too
Unfortunately, there are no interior shots, but Living Vehicle says we can expect more images and details to be shared at a later date. For $175,000, we’re expecting a mobile version of a Four Seasons hotel suite. While it looks perfect alongside the Cybertruck, the company says the CyberTrailer is “ideally paired” with other electric vehicles, such as the Rivian R1T and Ford F-150 Lightning. However, it is compatible with gas- and diesel-powered trucks and SUVs.

The Cybertruck just doesn’t have the moves where it counts, no matter which way the test is conducted.
Astonishingly, 80% of the CyberTrailer reservations are sold out. Interested customers can reserve their RV with a refundable $100 deposit. Deliveries are expected to kick off in 2025, but if you can’t wait until then, there are a number of high-end trailers for you to spend your cash on. The $310,000 Bowlus Volterra is even more expensive than the CyberTrailer. Its classic styling, sumptuous interior, and numerous amenities somewhat explain the price. But if you’re more concerned about range, the Lightship L1 will be more to your liking. Priced at $125,000, it looks like a bargain compared to the CyberTrailer.
