Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Looks Lavish With Liberty Walk Treatment

Key Takeaways

  • Liberty Walk reveals a new body kit for the Toyota Land Cruiser 300.
  • Three packages to choose from; prices range from $7,480 to $19,580.
  • Customers can choose from optional 22- or 24-inch aftermarket alloys.

Known for creating outlandish body kits for supercars and sports cars, Japanese tuner Liberty Walk has introduced a new package for the Toyota Land Cruiser 300, the range-topping SUV not sold in America. Already a handsome brute, customers can choose from the add-ons as individual accessories or opt from three packages, namely the Light complete body kit, Full complete body kit, and Premium complete body kit (with Bonnet Hood).

The Light complete body kit includes a new front bumper and a rear half spoiler with new exhaust tips. This also consists of wide-body fender extensions in carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP). Specifying fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) will set buyers back $7,480, with the CFRP option priced at $10,780.

Throw in an extra few thousand dollars, and Liberty Walk will upgrade you to the Full complete body kit. This includes everything mentioned above, an aggressive Liberty Walk radiator grille, a rear wing, and a trunk-mounted spoiler. It is surprisingly subtle and adds the perfect amount of menace to the overall look. This kit is also available in FRP ($9,790) and CFRP ($14,080).

Another day, another Liberty Walk body kit.

The Premium complete body kit adds a unique aftermarket hood. It’s rather unusual, with a concave cutout in the middle. There are also vents on either side of the hood, which looks out of place on this sophisticated off-roader. But if you want it included, you’ll need to fork out $13,090 for FRP or $19,580 for the CFRP option.

Pricey, But It Sure Does Look Good

That’s quite a chunk of change, but Liberty Walk also offers two aftermarket wheel options. 22-inch forged wheels are available for a hefty $11,650, but if those are too modest for your tastes, 24-inch forged alloys can be fitted for a scandalous $14,850. Don’t expect to go off-roading with this setup, though. If you go for all the bells and whistles, you’re looking at a final bill of $34,430. Of course, that doesn’t include the Land Cruiser, which has a starting price of around $52,000.

While it seems unusual for Liberty Walk to introduce a kit for the Land Cruiser, the famous tuner has also crafted kits for the Toyota’s fancy cousin, the Lexus LX. It even has flared fenders for the Ford Bronco. If the kit seen here is a bit too loud for your tastes, Modellista (Toyota’s in-house tuner) also has a kit for the iconic off-roader and the Lexus LX. Sadly, there’s nothing available for the US-spec Land Cruiser, which is sold as the Land Cruiser Prado or Land Cruiser 250 in other markets.
