After its global debut last year and subsequent arrival on US shores, Genesis has announced that the facelifted GV80 is bound to reach dealerships soon. The Korean luxury automaker also revealed the pricing for the 2025 GV80, which retains the starting point of the 2024 model it replaces, announced at the beginning of last month.
Coming with a restyled exterior and a host of cabin improvements, the 2025 Genesis GV80 still starts at $57,700 (before compulsory $1,350 freight charges) for the 2.5T Standard AWD trim, which already comes with advanced driver assistance systems, a new 27-inch OLED integrated instrument cluster and navigation touchscreen, Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates for map and multimedia software and vehicle modules, Fingerprint Authentication System, USB Type-C ports, front 4-piston fixed monobloc brake calipers, and Two-Line Headlamps with Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology.

More features get added as you move up the variant hierarchy. The 2.5T AWD gets manual rear door sunshades, heated steering wheel, and Genesis Digital Key, while the 2.5T Select AWD brings 20-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, and matte finish wood trim. The 2.5T Advanced AWD include leather seating surfaces, surround view monitor, blind-spot view monitor, and Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. The top-spec 2.5T, the Prestige AWD, comes with 22-inch alloy wheels, Electronically Controlled Suspension (ECS) with Road Preview, 3-zone climate control, heated rear seats, Ergo Motion driver’s seat, and head-up display.
The 3.5T lineup now starts with the Advanced AWD trim (Standard AWD removed), which comes with all the features of the 2.5T Advanced AWD plus a power-folding third row and a 4-zone climate control. The top-of-the-line 3.5T Prestige AWD, which has a price tag of $79,300, comes with 22-inch alloy wheels, Nappa leather seats, microfiber suede headliner and pillar trim, power heated and ventilated second row seats, heated front console armrest, power door closure and power rear door sunshades, digital rearview mirror, second row vanity mirrors, and a rear electronic limited slip differential.

GV80 Coupe And Availability
The 2025 GV80 still has the same engine options – the turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 300 horsepower or a 375-hp twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 – which are among our gripes with the luxury SUV. New exterior colors Storr Green and Storr Green Matte are now available, which are said to be inspired by the deep green landscape of the Isle of Skye in Scotland. Fresh interior colors include Smoky Green/Vanilla Beige, Ultramarine Blue/Glacier White, Smoky Green/Earth Brown, and Slate Gray/Bordeaux Brown.
Genesis said that most GV80 trims are bound to reach showrooms in the coming weeks, except for the 2.5T Standard AWD and 2.5T Select AWD, which will arrive later in the summer. Meanwhile, the automaker has yet to provide information about the local availability of the swoopy GV80 Coupe that made its global debut last year. It’s listed under “Coming Soon” on Genesis’ customer-facing website at this time.
