- Bentley just launched a new penthouse design at its residences in Miami.
- The building will have just two of these penthouses, and this one is $37.5 million.
- This is only the latest in a series of luxury automotive-themed housing units.
Living in a car-themed penthouse might sound like a gimmick, but Bentley’s latest real estate venture makes a convincing case for combining horsepower with high-rise luxury. The world’s first Bentley-branded tower just revealed its flagship residence, a two-story penthouse designed by Bentley Home that fuses ocean vistas, panoramic city views, and a whole lot of automotive-inspired decor.

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to drop $37.5 million on a home that doubles as a shrine to a luxury car brand, here’s your answer.

The Bentley Residences, located at 18401 Collins Ave, in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, offers four main floor plans. Named for cars in the fleet, Bacalar, Arnage, Bentayga, and Azure, they all offer luxury along with stunning views. This new penthouse takes things to a different level though, literally.
Bentley says that the two-story space sits at the 61st floor. How is it possible for a two-story floor to sit on a single floor? It has 22-foot ceilings, that’s how. It has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a powder room, a study, an entertainment loft, a pool indoors, another pool outdoors, a terrace, and an outdoor kitchen for when the normal one just won’t do.
A Private Elevator to Paradise

Oh, and did we mention that there’s a garage as well? Yes, on the 61st floor. And the penthouse has a gallery-inspired space with a view into the garage. That’s a collaborative idea that hits the nail on the head. Whoever buys this space can literally drive into the vehicle elevator from the ground and stay in the car until they’re safely in their garage, again… on the 61st floor.
Bentley describes the interior design as ‘breathtaking’ and thankfully elaborates on what exactly that meant. “Soaring double-height ceilings and airy open spaces complement Bentley Home’s interior design concept for the Penthouse. Natural stone and high-quality oak flooring and walls are accented by transparent crystal panels to create a sense of lightness. The design concept captures the timeless elegance of Art Deco, subtly woven throughout the interior, evoking the spirit of Miami’s architectural legacy.”
Bentley Home also offers optional pieces and design features for the future buyer. Keep in mind that they’ll cost extra atop the already lofty starting price. Interestingly, Bentley says that this is one of two penthouses in the building, but only mentions one being for sale. These things make the $2.4 million Pagani residences look like a screaming deal.
